Our products are entirely hand-blended and made in the smallest batches for optimal quality to better preserve their integrity and as such, each product can vary slightly.  If you are new to BOTANIQUÉ we suggest you give at least 4 weeks to our products to adjust to the change and start seeing the amazing benefits our products can offer, as we cannot offer refunds for reasons of personal taste. If however, there is damage, we ask that you return your item within 7 days for an exchange or refund. On receiving your parcel, we will refund the full amount paid, via the payment method used but excluding the delivery charge and any deduction for damaged goods. An email will follow to confirm everything has gone through, so you have complete peace of mind.

We recommend your return is made via “signed for” service and do make sure you have sufficient cover and do get a receipt from The Post Office, as until we receive the goods back, they are your responsibility. Items sent back which are lost in transit will not be processed as returns. Shipping charges incurred with returns are your responsibility.

We can only offer refunds if the goods are returned to us. If you decide not to pay any taxes and duties that are due and so the courier cannot deliver your parcel, we are not able to refund or cancel your order. The courier service will not return the goods to us if you do not pay your duties and taxes and so we will not be able to refund you.
